OPPONENTS OF RECORD: NONE PUBLIC HEARING AND DECISION: Afterconsiderationofall availableinformationon file, exhibits svbmitted and testimony received during the course of the public hearing held on January 14,1992, the Zoning Adjustor rendered a written decision on JanuaryA,3,1992 to APPROVE the application as set forth i.a tbefile documents aad as conditioned below. FINDIIdGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS 1. Tbe praposal is descxibed above and detailed in documents contained in the file. Also, the applicant clarified that the garage would coAtain an appmximately 12' by 19' storageltool room aud an entrauce directiy to the house. 2. In compliance with RCW 36.70.450, the Plaaning Department determined tbattbis proposal is generally consistent, as conditioned, with the Urba.a category of the Comprehensive Plan. 3. The site is zoned UR 3.5, which allows the groposed use upon approvai of this application. 4. The eristing laad uses in the area of theprogosal include single familyresidential with double and triple carg"es. 5. The sobdivision was basically builtwith the flaaking street setbacgs of the Zaning ()rdi.aance, The applicant or previously owners have constructed a carport essentially to the setbacgs of the old zomng regulations.
