AIOTE This request contemplates a wood processing facility which can be
accommodated in the Restricted Industnal Zone
1 The Spokane Regional Comprehensive Plan indicates the advertised
property as being appropriate for inclust rial uses
2 The advertised property lies east of a parcel zoned Manufacturing and
south of parcels zoned Manufacturing and Restricted Industrfal and is
within a square mile section to the east of the Spokane Indust rial Park
The parcel in question is situated between two railroad systems and
has excellent access to Trent Avenue via Flora Road and to Interstate
90 via Barker Road

disposal of sewage treatment effluent may pollute the Aquifer Tnere is
very little probability that this pr03ect in itself will have more than a
slight impact on the Aquifer However, taken in con3unction with the over-
all urbanization of the area some other sewage disposal method 1a111 most
likely be required in the future
