Dear Mr. Turbak,
The private driveway has been constructed for the above referenced address.
The existing topsoil was removed, the subgrade compacted, and crushed surfacing was placed and
compacted as planned. Representatives from Strata Geotechnical Engineering and Materials Testing
were on site and performed density tests on the compacted driveway (See test results included).
The compaction met the required densities.
The project has been constructed, and completed in accordance with the plan and letter dated
February 12, 2007. I recommend that this project be accepted by the City as completed.
