The are putting a hold on the sewer permit for this lot as it has come to the attention of Utilities and the Health District that there is a septic tank on the property that has not been abandoned. Roger has asked that we not issue the permit until this issue has been resolved. The applicant has agreed to have the tank pumped and crushed, and the Health Dept has agreed to inspect it free of charge.
