Re: Manufactured Home Placement Permit and Floodplain Permit
Mr. Pierson,
I spoke with you at the Spokane Valley Permit Center today (Friday - March 11, 2011) regarding
replacing your manufactured home recently destroyed by fire. During our conversation I
neglected to mention that a floodplain permit is required in addition to the manufactured home
placement and demo permit. I have attached the permit application for your information. The
fee for the permit is $315.00. If you have any questions regarding the floodplain permit I
suggest that you contact Deanna Griffith at 720-5301. She is responsible for reviewing that
permit. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
