however opt(onal, the stated purpose being to provide buffermg or screentng to the neighbors The apptk;ant felt the additbn of woad slats to the fencing wouid help reduce any un necessary or any unpleasant noise (NOTE shrubbery can be a two (2) edged sword in this case On one hand the shrubbery might keep the chiidren away hom the fence which has the dog behind it, on the other hand the
