east of Bessie Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 18. Township 25N, Range 44EWM.
P R O P OS A L: The applicant requests a Waiver to allow an 8' foot fence to remain on the
property whereas, section 4.17.040 of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance requires
that no fence over 36" in height be erected in the front yard setback, and no residential
fence shall exceed a height of 6' feet.
