CONDItIONS OF ZONE CHANGE ZE 85-76 - ARGICULTURAL TO RES6IENTIAL OFFICE.
1. Access permits for the project area shall be obtained from the Spokane County Engineer's
Office prior to release of bldg. permit. (Note: Access points must meet the apprclial..p,
the Spokane County Engineer's Office. 2 (2) Improvement bf"Nora Ave. along the project
perimeter to Spokane County standards. Improvements shallinclude: curb, drainage controL
& paving. (3) An on-site storm drainage system for the pro-
perty in question shall be approved by the Spokane County Engineer's Office: prior to release
of building permits for the project. (4) Structures on the advertised property shall
be limited to two(2) stories 'in height. (5)' A specific landscape plen & .planting, schedule,
acceptable to the Zoning :Admin. shallbe submitted for the project, prior to release of;.;
building permits. NOTE: Such a plan shall RIX acknowledge the residential uses to the E.
of the property to question. (6) Installation of mains & fire hydrants in acc-
