FINDINGS CIF FACT AND C(JNCLUSIONS 1. The proposal is described above. 2. The ada►pted Spokane County Camprehensive Plan designates the area of the proposal as Urban. The proposal uses are generally consistent with this category. 3. The site is zoned Agricultural-Suburban, which allows the pmposed use upan approddl of this application. 4. The existing land uses in the area of the proPosat inclt2de resideritial use on 7,000- ~ to 9,()00-square-fovt lots, all of which are ccampatible with the proposal. _ ~ f CASE NO. The applicant submitted a signed letter dated April l bth, ] yby to show the assent of Mr. Tom Jacobson to the proposal. Mr Jacobson's property lies adjacent to the proposed garage improvements. 8. The proper legal requirements for advertising of the hearing before the Zoning Adjustor of Spokane County have been met. 9. The applicant indicated that most of the residences in the area have attached or detached garages or carports.
