This Contract is revised as follows:
Description of Work
During the execution of Change Order 4 working days were not addressed. Due to the
delay in the arrival of materials work on Change Order 4 did not start until substantial
completion of the Appleway Avenue Project. This change order will add additional
working days to the contract.

Work shall meet the requirements of the 2006 Standard Specifications.
Measurement
30 Working Days will be added to the contract.
