The official adopted FIRM 530174 0382C, dated September 30, 1992, shows the sites to
be located in or near the floodplain. The best available data from Preliminary Flood
Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 5301740732D, dated July 7, 2006 shows the most restrictive
base flood elevation of 2004' in the vicinity of the project. The pre -construction ground
elevations at the site, based on the approved construction plans, range from 2006' —
2009'. Because the site is located in or near the floodplain, a FEMA Elevation
Certificate is required The Elevation Certificate must be completed prior to any vertical
construction and upon finished construction. Final Occupancy approval will not be
granted until a completed FEMA Elevation Certificate is returned to the City.
