Ken Giles was in last week and today to discuss the flag that has been placed on his parcel related to drainage. The flag is
connected to compliance with the plat conditions according to a memo he has from 1999. (Memo written by Steve Hess
but says to refer to Bill Hemmings if the flag is requested to be removed) I checked with Steve & Brenda, and they did not
know any reason for this flag. I asked for Melissa's help, but we do not have any info in our files on this. I looked up the
conditions of the plat, and found only standard language. I told Ken that Stormwater would not oppose removing this flag
for his building permit but that he should check with you first in case Development Services has an issue with this lot that
we are unaware of.
Thought I'd give you a heads up in case he comes to talk with you, or in case this lot raises a red flag for you. I don't know
who he has been dealing with in BACE, but it should be easy to find out.
