P R O P O S A I:: The applicant proposes to construct a six foot sight-obscuring fence around
the project perimeter, whereas Section 14.810.020 of Lhe Spokane County Zoning Code

The County Enqineering Department has reviewed the above referenced
application. The fallowinq comments are offered for inclusion in
the Findinqs and Order as "Conditians of Apprc+val" shauld the
request be
approved.
The propased fence must be constructed in a manner sa as to assure
adequate siqht distance at roadway intersections. Prior to the
construction of the proposed fence the applicant shall submit a
site pl.an to the County Enqineer far review and approval. The site
plan must demonstrate that adequate siqht distance will be
maintained. Tw8 Principal Arterials are affected by this proposal,
Sullivan Road and lEth Avenue.
