Replace shingles 2- Remove and replace approximately 9 squares of damaged siding. 3- Remove and replace insulation 4- Unit 2716 will be gutted and rebuilt. 5- Unit 2714 will be gutted as needed. 6- Replace plumbing and fixtures as needed. Plumber to get his own permit 7- Remove and replace electrical as needed. We will more then likely completely rewire both units. Permit to be obtained by electrician. 8- Windows and doors in both units will be removed and replaced. 9- Sheathing on front and sides will be removed and replaced as needed. 10- Framing to be removed and replaced as needed..
