(1) Pursuant to the Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 80-0418, the
use of on-site sewer disposal systems is hereby authorized This authoriza-
tion is conditioned on compliance with all rules and regulations of the
Spokane County Health District and is further conditioned and subject to
specific application approval and issuance of permits by the Health District.
(2) The Owner(s) or Successor(s) in interest agree to authorize the County to
place their name(s) on a petition for the formation of a ULID by petition
method pursuant to RCW 36.94 which the petition includes the Owner(s)
property and further not to object by the signing of a protest petition
against the formation of a ULID by resolution method pursuant to RCIJ 36.94
which includes the Owner(s) property. PROVIDED, this condition shall not
prohibit the Owner(s) or Successor(s) from objection to any assessment's)
on the prope rty as a result of improvements called for in conjunction with
the formation of a ULID by ei ther peti tion or resol ution under RC1rJ Chapter
36.94.
(3) Any water service for this project shall be provided in accordance with
the Coordinated Water System Plan for Spokane County, as amended.
(4) There are no recomnendations concerning the method of sewaqe disposal as
the projec t is outside of the 201 sewer study area.
(5) Water service as approved by the Spokane County Health District and/or the
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services
(6) Each dwelling unit shall be double plumbed for connection to future area-
wide collection systems.
(7) A dry sewer connection to the future area-wide Sewerage System is to be con-
structed. Plans and specifications for the dry sewer connection are to be
reviewed and approved by the Utilities Department.
(8) Located within the Critical blater Supply Service Area but not within any
purveyor's district. May be serviced by an individual well owned and oper-
ated by 1 ot owner.
(9) Any seweraqe service for this project shall be provided in accordance with
the Comprehensive Wastewtaer Management Plan for Spokane County, as amended.

RELAXATION OF SIGNAGE REQUIREMENT ) AND CONDITIONS
THIS MATTER, Being the conside ration by the Zoning Adjustor of Spokane
County, in hearing the application (VE-27-84), for the purpose of establishing
approximately a 60 square foot detached sign within the Residential Office
Zone, hereinafter referred to as the "Proposal", and the Zoning Ad,justor of
Spokane County having held a public hearing on htarch 28, 1984, and having
fully considered all testimony presented thereat, and further having visited
the site and vicinity in question, and having rendered a decision on the 2nd
day of Ap ri 1, 1984, APPROV ING sai d propos al , does he reby make the fol 1 owi ng :
FINDINGS OF FACT
l. That the proposal is generally located on the southwest corner of
Boone and Argonne in Section 18-25-44. Parcel #1 8541-1 203.
2. That the proposal cons i sts of establ i shi ng a detached s i gn havi ng a
hei ght of approxi mately 10 feet and surface area of approxi mately 60 square
feet within the Residential Office Zone.
3. That the adopted Spokane County General ized Comprehensive Land Use
Plan indicates Commercial usage of the area encompassed by the proposal.
4. That the site is zoned Residential Office.
5. That the existing 1 and uses in the area of proposal incl ude office
bui 1 dings, gas stations and other commerci al uses along Argonne Road whi ch
is a major arterial within the County.
6. That no one appea red to oppose the p ropos al no r we re any wri tten
corronents adverse to the proposal received.
7. That numerous other variances have been granted for a variety of
uses in the immediate vicinity and the use of detached signs is now very
common al ong Argonne Road.
8. That the appl icant has been made aware of the recommendations of I
various County/State agencies reviewing this project which include:
