' - ,,- 4 Y_VYMA`47-:"'- A Af,S All outdoor trash, garbage and refuse storage areas shall be screened on all sides from '. public view and at a minimum be enclosed on three sides with a five and one-half (5-1/2)-foot-high concrete block or masonry wall, or sight-obscuring fence with a sight-obscuring gate for access. 14.626.365 Walls • • A thirty-six (36)-inch-high concrete, masonry, or decorative block wall, a three (3)-foot strip of Type I landscaping (per Section 14.806.060), or sight-obscuring fence shall be provided and maintained on the outside perimeter of all off-street parking areas abutting or visible from a public street except at those points of ingress and egress for either vehicular or pedestrian traffic. If a wall is constructed to meet this requirement, it shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from the property line, or per the standards in Section 14.810.020(2) if on a corner lot, and this setback area shall be landscaped with Type III or IV landscaping (per Section 14.806.060). This provision supplements, but does not replace, requirements for landscaped setbacks along streets set forth in Section 14.806.040. 14.626.370 Mechanical Equipment All rooftop mechanical equipment shall be placed behind a permanent screen, restricted from view. 14.626.380 Public Transit Any proposal or development allowed in the B-2 zone that generates one thousand (1,000) Average Weekday Vehicle Trip Ends, as determined in Section 14.802.200, shall have its owner(s) or representative(s) negotiate in good faith with the Spokane Transit Authority for the possible provision of facilities that would enhance the • provision of public transit.
