Dear Mr. Eveland
At your request, this department conducted an inspection of your residence at 822 S.
Progress. It was noted during the inspection that the structure appears to be a single
family residence. There was only one gas and electrical meter on the structure. There
was only one kitchen area and no separation between the basement and the main floor of
the house.
