DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
This Change Order pertains to: Schedule A-Sullivan Road West Bridge Replacement
The Contractor shall remove and dispose of pipe materials containing asbestos that were discovered during demolition of the east
barrier of the existing Sullivan Road West Bridge. Removal and disposal shall be in accordance with Section 1-07.5(4)of the
Standard Specifications and applicable Federal, State,and local regulations.The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining
necessary permits and paying any permit and disposal fees associated with this work.
