3. Water service shaU be by an existing public water supply when approved by the
Regional Engineer (Spokane), State Department of Social & Health Services.
4. A public sewer system will be made available for the project, and individual service
will be pruvided to each lot prior to sale. Use of individual on-slte sewage disposal
systems shall not be authorized.

5. Use of private wells and water systems is prohibited. .
