The footing and walls will be poured in compliance to IRC Section R403 Footings,
R403.1 General and R403.1.1 Minimum size. The footing will measure 12" X 6" and
the walls will measure 6" in thickness. The wall heights are only 42". According to
above mention section of the IRC code, with these measurements steel is not
required in footing or walls. Backfill from bottom of footing to finish grade with be 3'.
