in reviewinq the spoaial permit, CUE-45-67, is8ued july 12, 1967, the
application and supportinq data submitted with the application, we find that the
ehreddinq operation wa8 nat to include any burning aoUvity end that etockpiling of
cara would not be visible from any pubIic right of way. We, thersfor+s,uust adviae
you to cease all bunlinQ activity by November 1, 1968, and that ao more bumabla
material s be acvepted ori the pr+oparty ae of July 1, 1968. Burning of any material
during the next ninety (90) days muet ba autl7oclzed by the Spokane Valley Fire
Department. The present stockpile of vehicles within the fenced yard area is to be
lowered in heiqht so that n+o wrecked vehicle is visibl• fr+c►m Miesion Avenue.

piling to an excessive height and burning of wrecked vehicles is being conducted on
your property at East 6100 Mission Avenue, An inspection was conducted on June 7,
1968, by thi s o ffice and photographs were taken illu strating the buming activity
presently being conducted on your property o

In reviewing the special permitf CUE-45-67, issued July 12, 1967, the
application and supporting data submitted with the application, we find that the
shredding operation was not to include any burning activity and that stockpiling of
cars would not be visible from any public right of way. We, therefore,rrust advise
you to cease all burning activity by November 1, 19 68, and that no more burnable
materials be accepted on the property as of july 1, 1968. Burning of any material
during the next ninety (90) days must be authorized by the Spokane Va11ey Fire
Department. The present stockpile of vehicles within the fenced yard area is to be
lowered in height so that no wrecked vehicle is visible from Mission Avenue.
