Notification Requirements The applicant is to provide notification as follows. More detailed instructions are provided when notification packet is picked up at the Department. Failure to do so may jeopardize the hearing process. NOTE: The address list obtained from the title company must be dated no more than 30 days before the hearing date. When you plan to pick up your mailing packet from this department, please allow 1 week for the title company to prepare the address list and time for you to do the mailing by the deadline date. F. Public Hearing The applicant or representative must be present at the public hearing.
