Currently,the lots are 7,500 and 15,000 square feet in size. The applicant is considering a BLA, and then construction of 2 duplexes. In order to accomplish the, a reduction in lot size will be necessary. The zoning on the property is R-3 and it is surrounded on the north, east, and south by R-3 on the west by MF-2. The final result would be 2 lots, each 11,250 square feet in size. This falls well within the 25%that is allowed and will not diminish the neighborhood character.
