In regdrd zo your letter of May 25, 1973, concerning our requirement for
Mr. & Mrs. Stovall to pave necessary roadways, our office hereby
acknowledges your request to extend compliance to july 1, 1973. The plan
rnust be accomplished to provide needed traffic circulation within the court
aizd to provide access for eme:gency vehicles such as fire trucks.
Tize requested access was required by the Zoning Adjustor of Spokane ,
County at the time of a request for expansion by Mr. & Mrs. Stovall.
Should the court be sold in the ir.terim, the new owners should be
udvised of the requirement.

Dear Mr. Konen:
Mr. and Mrs. JanKS A. Stovall have handed to me your letter of
February 21, 1973, regard i ng the estab 1 i shment of paved roadwsys
within their trailer park which is to be taken care of bY June lst,
1973• I have consulted with Mr. and Mrs. Stovall and have' advised
them that undoubtedly this rvi 11 have to be done. They are worried
about the removal of the two trai ler spaces by June lst, 1973, because
of the fact that the trai ler park is ful l and they do need an extended
pe r i od of t i me s o tha t t hey can g i ve p rope r not i ce f or the remova 1 of
two of the i r tenants. As a resul t i t i s reques ted at th i s t iaK that
the date of removal of the two trai lers be extended to July lst, 1973,
so proper not i ce can be gi ven termi nat i ng the tenancy of the part ies
who are now occupying those spaces.
Would you kindly advise this office imaediately if such an
extension of time will be granted so I may advise Mr. and Mrs. Stovall
prior to June lst, 1973. May v+e thank you for your courtesy in thfs
