Dear Mr. Swanson:
We are the architects for a 120 Unit high-rise apartment located on
the northeast-corner of Second and Havanna in Spokane County.
We understand there is a twelve inch water main the west side of Ha-
vanna and an eight inch sewer line with manhole at Havanna and the
alley between Pacific and Second.
We would like to reauest permission to connect to these two utilities
for our project, which we hope to start construction on this fall.
