AND LOTS 22 THROUGH 30, BLOCK ORDER VACATING A CERTAIN PLAT
59 LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, BLOCK 6
FIRST ADDITION TO EAST 5POKANE
WHEREAS, Robert P. Ries, Violet Carver, Sherinan L. Cook, Sr., and
Jeanette Cullison have filed,with the Clerk of the Board of Spokarn
County Commissioners, a petition for the vacation of a portion or
First Addition to East Spokane in the County of Spokane, State c:
Washington, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners thereupon made and enter-
ed an order fixing the 25 day of February, 1971., at the hour of ten
o'clock A.M. of said day, at the office of the Board of County
Commissioners in the Spokane County Courthouse, as the time and place
for the hearing of said petition, and directed that the notice thereof
be given in the manner and for the time provided by law, and
~{1HEREAS, the matter coming on regularly for hearing at the time and
place set forth for the hearing of said petition and it appearing
to the Board that due and legal notice of such hearing has been given
in accordance with the aforesaid order, the Board proceeded to hear
said petiti.on, and Yio person appearing and objecting thereto and the
Board being fully advised in the premises,
tiOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Baard of Spokane County
Commissioners that the following described property be and the same
is hereby vacated:
Lots 1 through 11 and lots 22 through 30,
Block S, Lots 1 through 4, Block 6 ot
First Additiori to East Spokane lying South
of Interstate No. 90
