1. The trailer shall be located on the subject property in compliance with
yard (setback) requirements for a single family dwelling as prescribed
in Section 4. 0 S.110-a of the loning Ordinance of Spokane County.

The trailer shall be located on the subject property in substantial
conformance with the "approved" plot plan on file with this application,

single family dwelling as prescribed in Section 4.05.110-a of thc

permit issued pursuant to this appro al shall become null and void.

5. This approval is granted for the use of a trailer as a residence for a
caretaker of the subject property. This approval fs granted for an
indefinite time period in connection wirn the previously described use.

7. The trailer shall not be mounted on a permanent foundation in such a
manner as to constitute a permanent residence.
