CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TRhILER AS A RESIDENCE
1, The trailer shall be located on the subject property in compliance with yard
(setback) requirements for a sinqlo. family dwElling as prescribed in
Section 4.05.110a of the 2,oning Ordinance of Spokane County.
2., The trailer shall be located on the subject property in substantial conformance
with the "approved" plot plan on file with this application, and in any case,
shall observe the yard (setback) requirements for a single family dwelling as
prescribed in Section 4. OS. 110-a of the zoning Ordinance of Spokane County.
3. This approval is granted to at which time any permit
issued pursuant to this approval shall become mull and void.
4. The trailer shall be skirted with a fire resistant material.
5. This approval is granted for the use of a trailer as a residence for a caretaker
of the subject property. This approval is granted for an indefinite time
period in connection with the previously described use.
6. The existing residance on the subject property shall be removed prior to the
occupancy of the trailer house.
CVC-IL 7. The trailer shall not be mountEd on a permaner.t foundation in such a manner
