Zoning Adjustor Decision: Appraved as reqvested for a ten (10)
month period and for use by the
applicantta mother, subject to the
following conditions.
A. Conditions:
le That the permit of the trailer as a residence be issued
only for the use of the applicant's mothere
2e The trailer shall be located an the propertq in question
in accordance with the requiraments for e single family
dwelling as prescribed in Chapter 4.04 of Title 4.
3. Sewerage facilities and w,eter supply..shall be insta? Zed
as prescribed by the Cacunty Health Depart.ment.

6. The trailer ahall d3splay a current state tgailer license
unless the umdercarriage and towing yoke are entirely
removed, in which c8se it shall be classed as real property
and shall comply with all applicable eodes and laws for
such use.
