This refers to your letter of April 14, 1969,
concerning the Board of County Coamissioner'a denial
covering a request by Mr. T. R. Rice for a zone change
from restricted industrial to commercial in Section 12,
Township 25 North, Range 43 B.W.M.; the west 156 feet and
the east 10 feet of the west 166 feet of the north 110.84
feet of Block 10 of Orchard Park lst Addition, Spokane County.
Please advise if any steps were taken to amend
the ordinance governing reatricted industrial zones which
would allow the type of use Mr. Rice desired by conditional
use permit.

(e) Location of all existfng and proposed buildings, or additions with
dimensions to nearest property line.
(f) Off-street parking area.
(g) Defined points of access and egress.
(h) Topographic features pertinent to applications (such as rock outcrop, .
canyons, hills, etc.). -
(12) The necessary fee must accompany this application.
