with the variance as approved by the Zoning Adjustor which provides for
a front yard of 17.6 feet and a rear yard of 10 feet.
3. Sewerage facilities and water supply shall be installed as prescribed by
the County aaalth Department. No portion of the drain field sM 1 be
paved unless it is protected by venting in accordance with requirements
of the County Health Department.
4. The placement of the trailer on the property will be subject to the plot
plan as submitted by the applicant.
5. This permit is granted for an Indefinite period for the use of the applicant.
6. The trailer nhal 1 display a current state trIller license unless the
undercarriage and towing yoke are entirely removed, in which case it gt7a11
be classed as real prtoperty and shall comply with all applicable odes and
laws for such use.
