the front property line. The clear space, free from slab or other covering,

with the requirements for a si.ng,la fanily dwelling as prescribed in
Chapter 4.04 of Title 4.
3. Sewerage facilities and water supply shall be installed as presciibed
by the County Health Department.
The placement of the trailer on the property :ill be subject to the plot
plan on file in the office of the Planning Commission.
5. The trailer shall display a current state trailer license the undercarriage
and towing yoke are entirely removed, in which case it shall be classed
as real property and shall comply with all applicable codes and lams for
such. use.
