Zoni.ng Adjustor Decision: Approve for the foZlowing reason and sub,ject
to the following condition.
A. Reasom:
1. The property in question is locaiced in an area where there is
not at present a subetantial number -of single fanily dwelli.r.gs
and therefore such temporary use of the property in question
for a trailer will not have a detrimental efi"ect upon adjacent
and surrounding properties.
B. Conditions:
la If the trailer is not on the praperty in queatian by January 1, 1965,
this permi.t shall become nnll and void.
2. The trailer shall be Iocated on the property in question in
accordance with the requirements .For a single family dwellisag
as prescribed in Chapter 4.04 of Title 4, eacep+., that the trailer
caust be setback 30 feet from the front property line due to the
narrota fmnLal atreet.
