Sir:
It has been voted by the people surrounding
the Frank Sanderson residence that a trailer use per-
mit not be granted. These voters are all affected
by such a move. I
Home owners believe some of the effects would
be a reduction in the value of property and that
one trai.ler would only make an excuse for others to
move into the area.
Government means the act of governing. Govern-
nent supposes authority and must act for the common
good and the welfare of the community taken both
collectively and distributively. It would seem tnen
that the common good in this.case would be the
majority of home owners.
