surrounding properties as such use is temporary.
2. The property in question is located in an area where there is not a substantial
number of single family dwellings and therefore such use of the property in question
for a trailer will not have a detrimental effect upon adjacent and surrounding
properties.
3. The use of the property in question for a trailer as a residence will enable the
owner to sake a reasonable use or return from the land.
CONDITIOTTS:
1. If the trailer is not on the property in question by
this permit shall become null and void.
2. The trailer shall be located on the property in question in accordance with
the requirements for a single family dwelling as prescribed in Chapter 4.04
of Title 4., as indicated in the Development Plan, #CUE.15-62.
3. Sewerage facilities and water supply shall be installed as prescribed by the
County Health Department.

4. This permit is granted to June 1, 1964 9 at which time such permit shall become
null and void.
5. No'trailers for display purposes shall be parked within twenty.,five feet
of the rear property line of tha property in question.
