SECTION 3-02.130 of the Spokane County Code States; ('VIOLATION PENALTY."
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this code shall _
be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion
thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this code is •
committed, continued or permitted. After notification and upon the conviction
of any such violation such persons shall be punishable by a fine of not more than
two hundred fifty dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days, cr
by both such fine and imprisonment.
