of Greenacres Irrigation District Plat A in Section 7, Township 25 N. , Range 45,
(4) Nature of Conditional Use Permit Requested: To use a trailer as a residence .
(5) Approved by Zoning Adjuster after public hearing on October 23, 1961
REASONS:
1. The proposed location of the trailer will not be detrimental to adjacent and
surrounding property as such use is temporary.
2. The property in question is located in an area where there is not a substantial
number of single family dwellings and therefore such use of the property in question
for a trailer will not have a detrimental effect upon adjacent and surrounding properties.
3. The use of the property in question for a trailer as a residence will enable the owner
to rlakc. a reasonable use or return from the land.
CONDITIONS:
1. If the trailer is not on the property in question by January 1, 1962
this permit shall become null and void.
2. The trailer shall be located on the property in question in accordance with
the requirements for a single family dwelling as prescribed in Chapter 4.04
of Title +.
3. Sewerage facilities and water supply shall be installed as prescribed by the
County Health Department.
4. This permit is granted to January 1, 1964 at which time such permit shall become
null and void.
5. The applicant cannot utilize an occupied dwelling unit and trailer on the property
in question at the same time. After the house is remodeled, the trailer is no longer
permitted on the property except for storage.
