The use of the property in question for a trailer as a residence will enable the owner to wake a reasonable use or return from the land. CONDITIONS: 1. 1f the trailer is not on the property in question by September 1, 1962, this permit shall become null and void. 2. The trailer shall be located on the property in question in accordance with the requirements for a single family duelling as prescribed in Chapter 4.04 of Title 4. 3. Sewerage facilities and water supply shall meet the requirements for a single family resident's and shall be installed as prescribed by the County ?<Iaalth Department. 1.
