REASONS:
1. The proposed location of the trailer will not be detrimental to adjacent and
surrounding property.
2. The property in question is located in an area where there is not a substantial
number of single family dwellings and therefore such use of the property in
question for a trailer will not have a detrimental effect upon adjacent and
surrounding properties.
3. The use of the property in question for a trailer as a residence will enable
CONDITI :owner to make a reasonable use or return from the land.
1. If the trailer is not on the property in question by July 1, 1961
this permit shall become null and void.
2. The trailer shall be located on the property in question in accordance with
the requirements for a single family dwelling as prescribed in Chapter 4.04
of Title 4.
3. Sewerage facilities and water supply shall be installed as prescribed by the
County Health Department.
