FOR THE. FOLLOWING REASONS AND SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDiTiONS:
Reasons*
1. The use of the oroperty in question for a temporary trailer for a caretaker
is of a temporary nature during tho construction period.
2. The use of the property for a trailer as a temporary residence will not
be detrimental to adjacent and surrounding properties.
Conditional
1. The conditional use permit is granted to September 1, 1961 and upon
such date such permit shall become null and void.
2. Sewerage facilities and water supply shall be ingtallod as prescribed
by the County Health Department.
