1. After a personal ins_oect�ion of the property inquestion, ire can sy-mpa
adjacent property owners relative to the existing facilities of the fur farm.
Eowever, the question before the Zoning A ,jester involves only four einArls located
on the Spokane River and not the entire i.ur farm. 2. If the Planning Commission
did not want to permit fur forms in the E icultural Zone classification, then such
use would not be a conditional use. The only juris iction c , the Zoning Adjuster is
to attach sufficient conditions to the expansion to mitigate any adverse effects
uncn adjacent properties. .. In our opinion the construction cf four sheds, to
be used as furring Sheds only and located in accords nce with the diagram eresented
in the application, mill not be detrimental to adjacent a;ld a,:rrouzrding properties.
=EDITIONS:
1. The furring sheds are to be located: as i r i dated. in the diagram presented in the
application. 2. The sheds are to be used only for furring purposes so as to minimize
odors. :.very effort shall be .:jade to keep the sheds neat and clean so as to
minimize odor. i:e strongly recommend that such sheds be cleaned as often as possible.
4. Construction shall be completed by July 1, 1961, or such conditional use permit
