Dear Mr. Reinland:
It has been some time since we last contacted you regarding
finalizing your mobile home park development at East 13622 Rich
Avenue.
To date, we have received at least five requests for building
permits to locate mobile homes within the park. However, we are
not able to issue these permits due to permit holds placed by
County Utilities and the Spokane County Health District.
From information received by this office, the sewage system has
not been approved by the Department of Social and Health Services
and County Utilities has not received the "as-built" sewer
connection plans. Our district inspector has reported that four
mobile homes are currently, being occupied withoutpermits and
required inspections.
The intent of this letter is to request that the departmental
conditions regarding the sewer requirements be resolved as
quickly as possible in order to avoid any further action by
Spokane County regarding the four existing mobile homes. •
We are of the opinion that a period of twenty days, beginning
with the date of this letter, should be sufficient time to submit
the "as-built" sewer plans to DSHS and Utilities.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to call. Your
cooperation in this matter would be appreciated.
