CUE-4,60. Trailer as a Reaidence: WILSON
Zoning Adjuster Rscommendation: Approved for the follouing reason and
aubject to the following conditions:
A. Rsason:
1. The use of the property in question for a trailer will have no
detrimental effect upon adjacent and surrounding properties.
B. Conditiona
1. The epecial permit is granted until June 1, 1962 and may be
renewed at that ti.me.
2. If the trailer is not located on the property by June 1, 1960,
thia permit shall become null and void.
3. The trailer shall be placed on the property 3n question in
accordance with the requirements for a single fami.ly dwelling
as prescribed In Chapter 4.04 of Title 4.
