Tfic following conditions as applicabje w4:1 be uniformly required:
1. The trailer shall be located on the subject property in compliance w±th
. yard (setback) requirements for a single family dwelting as prescribed
in Section 4.05.110-a of the 'Loning Ordinance of Spokane County,
O 2. The trailer shall be located on the subject property in substantial
conformance wi[h the "approved" plot plan on file with this applica[ian,
and in any case, shall observe the yard (setback) requiremEnts for a
single family dwelling as prescribed in Sectfon 4, 05 .110-a of the
Zoning Ordfnance of Spokane Coun[y. 3 yas
~ 3. This approval is granted to ~ ~iz~ at whfch time any
permit issued pursuant to this approval shall become null and void.
O 4, The trailer shall be skirted with a fire resistant material,
5. This approval is granted for the use of a trailer as a residence for a
caretaker of the subject property. This approval is granted for an
indefinite time period in connection with tiie prevfously described use.
6. The existfng residence on the subject p:operty shall be removed prior
to the occupancy of the trailer house.
O 7. The trailer shall not be mounted on a permanent foundation in such a
manner as to constitute a permanent residence.

dependent relative of the applicant. This approval is granted for an
indefini[e time period in connection with the previously described use.
