The Bracken's were out of town and had a water .leak. All of the drywall in
the basement family room was removed. Some of the drywall in the
basement bedroom, kitchen and master bathroom was removed. Some of the
exterior wall insulation in the kitchen, master bathroom, basement bedroom
and basement family room needs to be replaced. Also the rim.joist
insulation in the unfinished area needs to be replaced. This permit is for
replacing the wall and rim joist insulation.
