We feel thbt it tvill not be necessary to extend zne proposed planning to include tixe residentlsl lot just to tne sauth of our property. If the present size of ihe commerci.al property is compared with exist- ing plots used as Country Kitchen locations, it would shov+ tnat tnere is sufficient room without encroaching + on zon.ed agricultural suburbsn property. If a zone chanjye is allowed at this time, it would seem more difZicult to hold the property to the west ot' Bessie as residential buffer lots in the future. The same abency sesms to be hendling both plots and I'm sure this has no doubt come up in planning. The only undesirable aspect of the Country Kitchen Restaurant T could mention would be the use of' a noisy compressor on tneir air conditioning system, which is at i.he backs oi' the buildings.
