A. CONDITTONS:
1. This approval is qranted for the use of a trailer as a residencd,for
either David McGlougiin or for the applicant, Russell E. Smtth,
and fs not to be used as a rental unit.
2. The trailer shall he located on the subfect property in substaniial
conformance witb the "approvtd" plot plan on file with thts appllca-
' tion, and in any case, shall observe the yard (setback) requirements
I for a single famfly dwelling as prescribed fn Seciion 4.05.1108 of
the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane Caunty.
3. This approval is granted to Decxmher 22, 1978 at whieh time any
permit issued pursuant to this approval shall beeome null and void.

S. The trailer shall not be mounted on a permanent foundation in such a
