CUE-101-75 - Lwell, CA]E-62-?7A - Austin, and CUW-74-77 - Brown. The pextinent doammnts for each case are inclucled herewith. The pennit f i apparently e~ired in August of 1982 or June of mom- e of 1983, Mr. Adams solicited a reneaal of the permit and 1983. In Jun apparently there was no action taken on the part of the clients.'IRius , a potentially illegal situation exosts. In the case of alFl~-74-77, Mr. Adams sent a letter on Augmt 14, 1984 stati.ng that the peYmit for the caretak,ers residenoe had expired. He wrged the client to oonsidex creating two paraels of lanl, which wvuld then a11vw the Lwo resideizoes to oontinue tA eaciat. It would appear tfiat no such action has oocurred and a potentially illegal situation exists. In the case of CUE-62-77A, Mr. Adam sent a letter on August 9, 1984 stating that re.rkeaal was needed. The file indicate.s no respon.se on the part of the applicant and the manufactured hane as a caretaker's residenoe is rx7w an e.xpirpd peunit and it is an illegal use if it still exists. Would you please investigate the above circuontstances and take whatever enforbarent action i.s needed with regard to these expired pexznits and potenti.ally illegal uses. It is our positiari that these pernuts have euxpired and there are na renaining grandfather or non-canfornting rights afforded to these clients.
