CpIVDITIONAL USE PERtv1IT - TRAII.ER AS A RESIDENCE
~ 1. The trailEr shall be located on the subject property in complianc2 with yard
/(setback) requirements for a single family dwelling as prescribed in
Section 4, 05. 110a of the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane County.
2', The trailer shall be located on thz subject property in substantial conformance
with the "approved" plot plan on file with this application, and in any case,
shall observe the yard (setback) requirements for a single family dwelling as
prescribed in Sectfon 9, OS. 110-a of the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane County.
3. This approval is granted to at which time any permit
~ issued pursuant to this approval shall become mull and void.
4. The trailer shall be skirted with a fire resistant material.
5. This appraval is granted for the use of a trailer as a residence for a caretaker
of the subject property. This apgrvval is granted for an indeffnite time
period in connection with tho previously descrfbed use.
6. The existing residence on the subject property shall be removed prior to the
occupancy of the trailer house.
~ 7, The trailer shall not be mounted on a permaner_t foundation fn such a manner
as to constitute a pormanent residence.
g. The trailer shall not be attached to other residential or accessory structures.
k Metal canopies, tip outs, and awnings may be attached to the trailer; how-
ever, all wooden structures and accessory buildings, except open porches,
must be detached and placed at least three(3) feet from tha trailer. If the
mobile home is to located in Fire Zono II, t:zis d±stance must be fncreased to
forty (90) feet, or a one-hour fire wall musr ae pravided.
g. This approval is granted for the use of a trailor as a residEnce for an
dependent relative of the applicant. This approval is granted for an indefinite
timE period in connecti•on with the previously described use.
10. The trailer shall have an ownership tftle and be listed as personal propcrty
with the County Assessor.
At said time and place, any interested person may appear for, nr against, the granting of
this application .
