I. The trailer shall be located on the subject property In compllance
wlth yard (setback) requirements for a single family dwellin g as
prescrtbed in Section 9.05.110a of the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane
County. .
2. The trailer shall be lacated on the subgect property in substantial
conformance wlth the "approved" plot plan on file with this
application, and in any case, shall observe the yard (sEtback)
recluiraments for a single family dwelling as pr2scribed in
Section 4.05.110-a of the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane County.
3. This approval !s granted to at which time any permlt
tssued pursuant to this approval shall bacome null and void.
9. The trailer shall re skirted with a flre resistant material.
5. Thls approval is granted for the use of a trailer as a residence for a
caretaker of thE subject property. This approval ts granted for an
indifinite tfme period !n connection with the praviously described usc
